Yes — but only if the space is upscale, safe, and well-maintained. I’m happy to visit luxury condos, penthouses, or private residences that reflect the same discretion and comfort as a 4–5 star hotel. Casual apartments, budget motels, and shared housing are not suitable.

When I host, it’s always in a private, upscale hotels. I do not keep a permanent incall . A $200 hosting fee applies to your deposit.

Local: 1 hour minimum.

DMTY: 4 hour minimum

FMTY: 24 hours with the options for 48 & 72 options availabile.

Spontaneous requests (including same day) are are considered at my discretion, and may be subject to a different rate structure.
 

No. My companionship is an investment, not a negotiation.

Deposits are always non-refundable.

Cancel with less than 72 hours’ notice (Local/DMTY) including same day or 7 days’ notice (FMTY): the full balance of your booking is due.

Cancel with proper notice: your deposit may be applied once toward a rescheduled date.

No-shows or repeated cancellations: I will respectfully decline future bookings.
