Mutual respect is the foundation of a wonderful experience. Any disrespectful language, behavior, or violation of our agreed-upon boundaries will result in the immediate termination of our date.
 

If at any point I feel unsafe or uncomfortable, I reserve the right to end our meeting. In either of these scenarios, the full consideration for the booked time will be forfeited.

Weekday availability (Sun-Thurs).

Select Friday & Saturday evenings after 7pm (2 hour minimum, outcall only).

Thursday DMTY may be possible with advance planning but not guaranteed.

Bookings of 1–4 hours are prioritized. Extended (6hr+) and overnight engagements require advance notice.

Deposits & Retainers

To confirm any booking, a non-refundable deposit is required. This ensures mutual commitment and protects the time reserved exclusively for you.

Accepted methods:

• Throne or YouPay

• CashApp or Venmo

Deposit Rates:

• Local dates (Pittsburgh): 20%

• FMTY/DMTY: 50% of my rate, plus full coverage of agreed travel costs (flights, lodging, etc.)

The remaining balance is due in full upon my arrival.

Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied once to a rescheduled date with proper notice.

​Cancellation Notice Required:
​Local: 48 hours
​DMTY: 72 hours
​FMTY: 14 days
​Late cancellations require payment of the full balance.

​No-shows or repeat cancellers will be permanently blocked. A second chance, at my sole discretion, requires full, non-refundable prepayment.

I understand that delays can happen, but please understand that my schedule is carefully arranged. Your appointment begins at the time we agree upon. Any lateness on your part will be deducted from our booked time. Significant delays may be treated as a last-minute cancellation.
 

Available within Pittsburgh/Allegheny County.

Travel beyond 45 minutes → 2 hour minimum + $100 travel fee.

Travel beyond 1 hour driving time  is considered a  DMTY (4 hour min+ travel fee).

Upscale hotels, private residences, or luxury condos only (no casual apartments, motels, or shared housing).

Drive Me To You: Available within 3 hours of Pittsburgh. 4  hour minimum + $500 travel fee (added to retainer).

Over 3 hours drive transitions into FMTY (24 minimum + travel & accommodations)

Local/DMTY: $600/hour

FMTY: $3,000/day

If you’d like me to skip public social time, a $1,000 discretion fee applies.
